Red Eagle Returns
You can return any unopened, unused item within the first 20 days* (from the shipping date). We'll gladly give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise.
 
You may exchange any items received for items of equal or greater value with the first 30 days* (from the shipping date).  All rexchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories and be infull working order.
 
Please note
- Opened boxes, open box buys & used products/systems may not be returned. 
- Free shipping (and reduced shipping) promos do not apply to return/exchange shipping on freighted items (10 lbs or more).
- No returns or exchanges on manuals or other reproducable items
- Restocking fees will be charged only if your order is not returned in its original box, is missing packing material, manuals or any accessories.

 
Damage
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has been damaged in transit or defective. We will gladly send a replacement free. Once the product arrives at Red Eagle Avionics, either a refund will be issued or we will exchange/repair your product and send to you.
